Montas is a platform for equestrian show jumping competitions: schedules, online entries, start lists, live results and rankings. This policy explains what personal data we process, why, who we share it with and how you can exercise your rights.

We do not collect your precise location, contacts, photos or health data, and we do not track your activity across third-party apps or websites.

We do not sell your data or use it for personalized advertising.
Results in equestrian competitions are public. Your rider name, your horse’s name, club, start order, results and ranking position are visible to any Montas user and may be shared with the relevant federation.
Some providers may store data outside Chile. In those cases we require equivalent safeguards.
Many riders are minors. If you are under 18, your account must be created or authorized by your parent or legal guardian, who may exercise the rights described below on your behalf. If we detect a minor’s account without authorization, we will suspend it.
You may request access, rectification, deletion, objection and portability of your data under Chilean Law No. 19,628 (as amended by Law No. 21,719) and, if you reside in Mexico, the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties. Email us at contacto@montas.app; we respond within 15 business days.
You can delete your account in the app under Profile › Settings › Delete account, or by emailing us. We delete your personal account data; competition results already published remain associated only with your rider name as part of the official competition record.
We use encryption in transit (TLS), hashed passwords, role-based access control and regular backups. No system is 100% secure; if an incident affects your data, we will notify you.
If we make material changes, we will notify you in the app or by email before they take effect.
